The parking lot and your vehicle are accessible 24/7 with shuttle service between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm each day. Please contact guest services at 408-453-4000 with any questions.

Arrival Info

Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance to the parking lot and self-park your vehicle. Keep both your reservation confirmation and the parking ticket; you will need both when you return to retrieve your vehicle.

Airport Transportation

The Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the San Jose Mineta International Airport between the hours of 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week.  Shuttles depart from main entrance of the Hotel every 20 minutes to the Airport and pick-up at the terminals

 THE FACILITY IS OPEN 24/7. SECURED. RESTROOM IS AVAILABLE, CAR WASH AND OIL CHANGE UPON REQUESTS

Safety Measures 

CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where others are, so AM airport parking do kindly asks everyone to wear a face masks during your shuttle ride to and from the airport.

Upon arrival, drive through the entrance to the parking lot and self-park your vehicle.  When busy you may be asked to valet for the same rate.

Keep your reservation confirmation and presented to the driver; you will need to show your reservation when you return to retrieve your vehicle.

Car wash and oil change is also available on request. 

Please arrive at AM Transportation airport parking 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your terminal.
